Room Rates and Bookings
- Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
- Rates will vary between low and high season and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent rate changes.
- StellenEaze Manor is rented as a whole unit only and not on a per-room basis.
- During low season, a minimum stay of 2 nights applies.
- During high/peak season, a minimum stay of 3 nights applies.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by StellenEaze Manor.
- A deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to secure the reservation.
- The balance is payable:
- 14 days prior to arrival (low season), or
- 30 days prior to arrival (high season)
- Failure to make payment by the due date may result in an automatic cancellation of the booking.
- The booking invoice will clearly state the time frame in which payment can be made.

- Direct booking discounts are done at the discretion of StellenEaze Manor and are subject to change and availability.
Cancellations
- For low season bookings, cancellation must occur at least 7 to 14 days prior to the arrival to secure a refund.
- More than 14 days prior to arrival: Full refund.
- 7-14 days prior to arrival: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival: No refund.
- For high/peak season bookings, cancellation must occur at least 15 to 30 days prior to arrival to secure a refund.
- More than 30 days prior to arrival: Full refund.
- 15-30 days prior to arrival: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days prior to arrival: No refund.
- Refunds may be subject to administrative and platform fees.
- Due to the nature of the system, rescheduling is preferred to cancellation. Should you rather wish to change the dates of your booking, make a request in writing, and there will be an attempt to accommodate you.
- For low season bookings, this must be done at least 14 days prior to arrival.
- For peak season bookings, this must be done at least 30 days prior to arrival.
- Booking dates may only be changed twice; provided alternative dates are available.
Refunds
- No refunds will be given for:
- Late arrivals;
- Early departures;
- No-shows.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable period after cancellation.
Security Deposit
- A refundable breakage/security/cleaning deposit of ZAR 5000,00 will be required prior to check-in.
- The deposit will be refunded AFTER inspection of the property, less any damages, losses or excessive cleaning.
Indemnity, Damages and Liability
- The owners and management of StellenEaze Manor shall not be liable for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal property/belongings;
- Injury or accidents that occur on the premises, except where required by law.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, or in any cases of theft of StellenEaze property.
- StellenEaze Manor is located on a working farm; guests will acknowledge:
- Presence of farm activity, animals, insects and natural elements;
- Uneven terrain and rural conditions.
- Guests enter and use the premises at their own risk.
- StellenEaze Manor shall not be liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
- Extreme weather conditions;
- Power outages (loadshedding included);
- Government/Municipal restrictions.
- Parking is permitted on the premises, and there will be designated parking for StellenEaze guests.
- All vehicles are parked at the guests own risk.
Right of Admission Reserved
- StellenEaze Manor reserves the right of admission and may refuse or cancel bookings where guests:
- Misrepresent the actual guests that form part of the booking;
- Allow more guests to enter than declared at the time of booking;
- Any other misrepresentations deemed to be material;
- Intend to host events or parties;
- Disturb other occupants on the farm.
General
- StellenEaze Manor is a private farmhouse with:
- 6 bedrooms (all en-suite)
- Maximum occupancy: 12 guests
- The number of guests may not exceed the confirmed booking – StellenEaze Manor will not accommodate extra beds for visitors, as they are not permitted to stay overnight.
- Children of all ages are welcome at StellenEaze Manor
- Bookings including children 3 years old and under will only be permitted if a crib can be made available – you will be informed via email as to whether this will be possible (before payment has been made).
- These requests are subject to availability, and StellenEaze Manor reserves the right to turn down such requests.
- Guests book the rooms they wish to use – should they not book every room, then those not selected will not be available to the guests.
- The common areas and facilities will be available to all guests, regardless of the number of rooms booked.
- Check-in time – From 14:00PM to 17:00PM
- Check-out time – 10:00AM
- No smoking of cigarettes, vapes, pipes, e-cigarettes, or any other form thereof is permitted in any of the rooms or the rest of the house.
- There will be designated areas outside – please utilise the provided ashtrays.
- Cooking is limited to the kitchen (outside of use of the airfryer, microwave or toaster in the common area).
- The property forms part of a working farm with other permanent tenants. We ask that guests respect the peaceful environment, as well as the tenant’s properties.
- Strictly no parties, gatherings or events are permitted.
- Noise must be kept to a minimum; quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Every guest will be required to sign into the property – full name, ID number and contact details – not just the individual that made the booking.
- The tenant’s residences are off limits to any guests.
- Any breach of these rules will result in:
- Immediate termination of stay;
- Forfeiture of payments;
- Additional penalties or charges.
- The front gate at the entrance will open when the button is pressed – please do not press it multiple times if it does not open immediately.
- Should the gate not open, or if it should stay open after you have driven through it, please contact management.
- Do not flush anything down the toilets other than toilet paper.
